Overview

A majority of Tony Pollard’s damage was done in the passing game, and with the NFL rewarding play-making backs, Pollard could have a place in the league. Pollard can also be an impact player in the kick return game where he returned seven kickoffs for touchdowns. However, kick returning is becoming less a factor in the NFL so he will have to prove himself in other areas. He needs to focus on improving his route-running and his patience if he is to make it in the league. Pollard has the size to be an NFL back, it’s just a matter of adjusting to the speed of the game.
